4月12-13日，二十国集团（G20）在国际货币基金组织春季会议期间，于美国华盛顿召开今年第二次G20财长和央行行长会，主要讨论了促进全球经济复苏、完善国际金融架构、发展可持续金融、提升金融部门韧性、促进普惠金融以及国际税收等领域的工作进展。中国人民银行行长易纲出席会议，副行长宣昌能陪同参会。易纲在发言中表示，中国经济正在企稳回升，通胀保持低位，房地产市场出现积极变化，预计今年GDP增速将达5%左右。易纲强调，各方应采取切实行动确保第16次份额总检查如期顺利完成，中方愿与各方一道落实债务处置共同框架。易纲感谢各方对G20可持续金融工作组工作的支持，并表示人民银行作为工作组联合主席，将与各方密切合作完成今年工作任务。
