离岸信用市场压力减轻，中国房地产进入“L型”时期

据外媒信用市场追踪指标显示，中国房地产行业在离岸信用市场的压力11月降至一级，为2021年5月数据开始编制以来的最低水平。
据星期二（12月19日）报道，中国房地产行业危机已延宕两年之久，规模6800亿美元的离岸信用市场进入最风平浪静时期。离岸市场的信用压力水平从10月的三级降至11月的一级；在岸市场11月信用压力保持在二级，与10月相同。
信用压力水平从低到高依次为一级到六级。

报道称，全球投资者少有的镇定，是中国房地产行业困境暂时缓解的初步信号。为了防止长期楼市低迷和房企流动性吃紧危及金融稳定，中国政府已经加大力度来支持开发商的融资。
另据彭博社早前报道，上月据悉中国政府拟出台的政策措施包括起草50家房企白名单，以及考虑首次允许银行向房企提供无抵押的流动资金贷款。
