中国国家电脑病毒应急处理中心等部门发布报告披露，揭示美国“利用技术霸权收割全球虚拟货币资产”的过程。从2022年至2025年，美国在全球没收了价值超过300亿美元的虚拟资产，仅柬埔寨太子集团创始人陈志案没收比特币的价值便占了一半。
报告以两起备受瞩目的案件作为美国“精准收割”的典型样本，一是陈志案，二是加密货币交易所币安及其创办人赵长鹏案，指美国从这两大案件中共获利近200亿美元。
